Dispensaries in Canada

    As of now, it is illegal to operate a MMJ dispensary in Canada for a profit, but some people get around this by having not for profit dispensaries and compassion clubs. People are currently lobbying the government and we are close to having for profit dispensaries, a la California.

    Is this correct?

    In California, dispensaries are non-profit by law. Believe it or not. That's the law.
