disolve plastic on DXM

    Hi all, I was reading around about delsym and how to extract the DXM from it, I remember awhile ago I was reading that lemon juice dissolves the plastic coating of it, is that true?

    DXM is stupid and dangerous IMHO

    yeah if you heat it up in the microwave it should seperate out into the dxm(clear) and the other stuff(red)

    Yes OP, lemon juice will dissolve the plastic coating. Just enough to cover the DXM though, and a few hours.

    And Headway, DXM is no more dangerous than any other drug. Please do some research instead of just bringing an opinion based on no research to a thread like this.
