    This may sound weird but if you down a large Gatorade before lighting up I swear it helps.

    makes perfect sense, gatorade keeps you hydrated, but I bet a lot of people have never thought of it!

    yea deff gatorade.

    one thing i realized is alot of people spit after taking big rips. its comfortable to do but helps with cotton mouth if you dont.
