idk whats goin on but my 2 week old babies are getting wilted on some of the leaves an brownish and some parts are getting kinda yellow and i seen some very small bugs under the leaves on some of them and idk what they are but i really need help! what are they and HOW DO I FIX THE PROBLEM!!!!
Sounds like Spider mites man. i had the same problem and it ended up killing one of my plants sadly. search around there are some good spider mite articles here
Determining whether they are spider mites or thrips makes a huge difference. When it comes to spider mites, you go straight for the atomic bomb, and you don't stop until they're dead. I suggest something like Azamax or neem oil. If they're thrips, I would suggest doing it differently. Thrips aren't as hard on plants in the fact that they don't breed like mad like spider mites do, and they don't seem to get as quickly out of control. Because of that I would look into less drastic measures. You have to remember, that when using a pesticide/miticide that the bugs can eventually become immune to them. That's why it's best to 1) take preventative measures and 2) start off with more natural fixes first. The biggest way to tell is to check the leaves. Spider mites and thrips both leave little bite marks in the plant leaves. Spider mites leave perfect little circle bites. Thrips leave trail bites. They are hard to distinguish, but not once you have experienced them both. Spider mites will also have spider web looking things up. Take pics, and post them, it's the best way to tell what you got.
thank you very much guys they do have very small webs i dont really see bites but there is dying leaves and yellowing leaves
they probably were in bad soil. i flushed the soil for like 10 minutes and added perc and such after. the mite were out of the soil but some of them stayed on the plant. if you take the plant outside and look into the light the webs will be super visible. if there on the plant you gotta get some neem oil or a highly recommended spider bomb from a hydro store.
if they are still young, you can just smush the ones you see on the leaves and put a 1/4 inch of sand on top of the soil and water it. i would also suggest disinfecting the grow room by wiping it down with alcohol or something
they are young there only 2 weeks old but i tried getting them off the leaves but its hard to do without hurting the plants :/
theres quite a few i think its from the mother that i brought in an outside alot.. would a flee collar work? lol
