    How long sould you let the system run 24 hour a day or how should I time? I'm afraid I will water them to death

    Water them 4-6 times per day.

    If I water them how long?I have them on for 1 hour and off three hour and still having a problem getting to spourt out of the rock wool any help would appricative:smoking:

    I am not a hydro grower but I read a lot. I believe you should only water 20-30 minutes per day, 4-6 times a day. Maybe the hydro guys will chime in.

    what kind of lights do you have because i have 400w hps and the temp in my grow box was 84F. I water every 2 hours for 10 minutes each time for a total of 12 times @ 120 minutes. and my plants DRIED out. i am growing hydro as well.

    finally got things going! IT been a month with watering them at every 4 hours for 15 minutes my babies are a good solid foot tall. Also I was using 125 flousent dual bulb with a ten gallon drip sys. for two plant's firgue these babies will be done in 3 mos.

    3 times a day. 30 mins each. 2hrs after lights come on, 3-4hrs later, then 2hrs before light goes off. RULE OF THUMB: just enough to make sure the roots stay moist durring light cycle. hope this helps.
