If I dimmed a 400w ballast to 50% would it also reduce the amount of heat being produced? I mean that seems like it would be common sense but I am just checking. I have my grow tent in my room and it exhausts from the tent into my room. Its starting to feel like a rain forrest in my room, but the grow tent is staying at 77 with the occasional spike to 79.
