Digestive problems with high CBD dose?

    I was in treatment with cbd:thc (1:1) oil, for chronic pain after a spine injury, PTSD and IBS.
    For chronic pain was like taking water, as well for IBS. But the horrible symptoms of PTSD were way much easy to deal with.
    But I was dumb, a little depressed, hard to focus and I could fall asleep in the middle of the day.
    In October 2021 I have onother horrible back pain that makes you wish you are dead, and it was enough for me. I told my doctor (cannabilogist - yes, in Argentina doctors can specialize in canabinology as well in neurology or gastroenterology - ), and she changed the ratio 2:1 cbd:thc.
    Now my guts are worst than ever, my pain remains the same, and anxiety is back.

    EVERYBODY (users who learnt from experience) tell me that I should get more THC to relax my muscles, and it also will help with anxiety. They also tell me to vaporize in intense pain crisis.

    With all the life experience you have in this long process towards a relief...

    1) Did anyone of you experience digestive problems with high cbd % oil?

    2) Would you say I should try higher THC %?

    Experimentation is the Answer. We just plain don't know what will work for each individual. CBD does nothing for my particular pain. But really high doses of THC turns it off like flipping a switch. It's just gone.

    11 years ago I underwent emergency surgery for a ruptured Colon. Nearly killed me. When it was all said and done 3 major surgeries later I'm left with internal adhesions from all that cutting. Something is stuck where it shouldn't be.

    It feels like a knife in the belly when I trigger it and it'll drop me to my knees screaming in pain. Anything could set it off. Sneezing, Tying my shoes, Bending over to pickup my dropped keys. As long as I stay slightly "Stoned" it is far harder to trigger it. I have my life back in most things now.

    While it was working I was up several times a night for a toke off the pipe to keep the Dragon in my belly asleep. High strength edible oil Hash based Capsules was the answer to that little problem. Now I take a capsule when I wake up and it lasts 24 hours. I only have a bit of smoke now if I've over done it and I'm feeling a twinge.

    This is the recipe page and covers most of it. If you have access to Kief-Hash this works very well and most users just need a few drops of it. That alone fixes many issues caused by weak oils where your dosing larger amounts of the carrier oil.

    This works with all forms of Cannabis from buds to high end concentrates. Equally effective with CBD, CBD-a, THC, THC-a. Hot process or room temps. The high Lecithin ratio of the recipe kicks up the Bioavailability a quantum step and you get twice the effects per milligram of cannabis used. Less is needed for the same stone. Makes your wallet happy.

    There is a dozen ways and more to change the base recipe to tailor the effects as desired.
    THC-a has no stone and may do the Job. We can show you how to make a no-decarb cold process oil of that.

    This is what I use.

    Decarb 240 F for 40 minutes

    5 grams Decarbed Kief or Hash or Powdered Buds
    1 tablespoon Coconut oil
    1/2 teaspoon Lecithin
    Combine
    Heat 220 F for 20 minutes
    Freeze
    Heat 220 F for 20 minutes.
    Done

    Buds 1 drop = 1milligram THC
    Kief-Hash 1 drop = 3mg
