You want to use full spectrum daylight bulbs for veg 6500K are ideal but if you can only find 5000/5500K those will work also
yeah, dont believe everything a dealer's website tells you. All you need pre 12/12 is a good light rig in the neighborhood of 6000k+/-. the same will do for seedlings, clones, veg growth
