Difference between schwag, mids, dank, and fire?

    ******BLADES*******I'm not a new smoker, but almost all dealers say they have fire when you don't know for sure. I had medical in Cali once and got completely fucked after about 2 hits of a blunt. But then again it was my first time. Anyways, are there any specific things to look at to make a clear difference between each grade? Like color, smell, density, trichs, hairs, etc etc

    Shwag- Shit.Mids- has its place.Dank- when people say they are smoking weed this is what they should be smoking.Fire- is very hot & you shouldn't be playing with it.Hope I helped :)Who Dat!

    Just purchase the best weed you can find at the best price you can get.  It's like being at a farmers market and you are buying vegetables.  Eye appeal and smell goes a long way.

    I'd say..

    *Schwag = bricky, stemmy, seedy, and full of leaves. Probably VERY few actual buds. 

    *Reggie/Mids = Blunt-worthy material that has decent crystals/smell. Takes a good amount to get high and is more on the harsh side. (8%THC-12% THC) 

    *Dank = Common name for crystally buds with good smell. (12%THC-20%THC)

    *Fire = Top Shelf A+ grade bud that is just covered in crystals and smells through fucking everything bedsides a mason jar. (20%-28%THC) I've personally never had higher than 28% THC.

    These THC estimates are just estimates, because, well, there's way more factors that go into everything but hope that helps!  :hello:

    I find it's something you can try to explain all day long, but in the end you just kinda know. Like if you take a bong rip and don't go "holy fuck" or something similar, it's not dank or fire or whatever (slangs different everywhere you go).

    I've had weed that didn't look all that great knock me on my ass, and weed that looks like something out of high times leave me disappointed, so looks aren't necessarily everything.

    Mid - short for mid grade , midget (it's almost dank but just not quite but better than Schwag, also very few seeds as compared to Reggie).
    Reggie / Schwag - Reginald , regular (the every day, stepped on, not really cared for brownish green weed)

    i believe the latter was still dank, it was just more potent on the CBD chemical , rather than the THC chemical

    You're clearly a new smoker if you can't tell the difference . There is nothing wrong with it but I don't see the point of all these newbie smokers coming on here acting like they are vets but can't tell the difference between swag, mids and high grade.     Hairs are not an indicator of high quality, but I will say I've never seen schwag with hairs on it, so it might mean it's not complete shit.

    SCHWAG = dirt, mexi weed, brick, tons of stems and seeds, low thc content, and the high feels "dirty". Usually around 100-120 bucks an ounce even if you are far from TX. Most schwag is probably massive grow ops and they care more about the quantity than the quality. 
     
    MIDS = Better grown weed (mass produced) but taken care of a little better. In my area it's just called mids or 'k-town'. Not as many stems and seeds, mostly little nugs, a few red hairs and crystals and a slightly stronger 'pungent' smell. Smokes better than schwag and the high is cleaner.
     
    DANK/FIRE/MMJ/MED/KUSH/*INSERT* = Best of the best. NO stems or seeds at all (should be never). Smells amazing. Will wreak up a room/car if bag/container is left open too long. Smokes the best, smooth, clean high. Best grown bud you can get. Should always be in nice dense or fluffy nugs depending on the strain (indica/sativa). Get's you high as bud can (excluding bho/hash/wax/etc).
     
    I basically look at it like small, medium, large lol.
     
    I've never seen ANYTHING that doesn't fall in those 3 categories, and I'm sure other people would be hard pressed to find something that doesn't fit the above.

    Also some people use the term beasters. Beasters is like between mids and dank. Usually looks and smells more like dank but may have a few seeds here or there OR not quite as high thc content as dank

    Where I'm from:
    Mids- Light green brick weed with some visable crystals
    Dank- High quality weed
    Fire- just a term for good weed
    Nobody that ive met uses the term schwag
