Dieting while smoking

  1. Ok so school just started and this summer I smoked and chilled wit friends and ate shit and usually I workout regularly and it just messed me up..we'll lately I've been token and for a week or a bit more I've spent time at gym and sauna everyday..I feel good but am I doing body harm like that ?

  4. i've always been under the impression that the munchies are harmless when it comes to weight gain....
    but then again i'm blessed with a great metabolism
    i'd say that for 160lbs i could outeat just about any 250-300pounder you bring forth
    also, they say that marijuan raises your metabolism so thats why i say munchies are harmless.....just my experience and maybe i've held this belief so firmly that it actually came true....maybe just genetics like i said but regardless
    i find myself craving healthy foods once or twice a week with or without weed
    such as carrots and ranch dressing
    cucumbers and italian
    salad is always good
    and tomatoes with a dash of salt and pepper just alone.....delicious i could eat a full tomato no problem

    I know I learned now...I workout so that part of my brain doesn't go off that I'm hungry..

  7. Since smoking heavily in the summer, i've had terrible dieting issues, and gas/ bathroom trips...etc..

    It's terrible, so be careful with what you do, going to the gym is a good idea.
     
  8. I think there is no problem but you should focus on healthy food and healthy dinner ideas these are very impressive bay to getting good health,
     
  9. The OP is definitely not doing the body harm, as a matter of fact proper diet and exercise is very good even when toking lol.

    I would say you should just make sure you are keeping the right kinds of food in your fridge so you can make sure you are eating right while dieting cause where dieting gets dangerous is if your body is not getting the right nutrients.

  10. Try munching on some "negative calorie" foods. You can find some lists online.
     
  11. It's okay. But if you don't stop smoking it will have and adverse effect on your metabolism. If you know how to speed up metabolism then you must know maintaining a regular and clean life is must for it. Hence, quit smoking.

    Weed does NOT make you gain or loose weight by itself, the whole IT SPEE3DESZ3 UPE UR METABILIUSM MAINE" shit is retarded and has no common logic, it's stoner logic, the truth is marijuana will not affect you in any way but it will help you how it helps me in the way that when i'm stoned by making my body aches/soreness go away and that healthy food i usually wouldn't eat i will while stoned, just don't smoke before work out.
