Earlier I placed 4 seeds in a small flower pot filled with miracle grow potting soil. I gave it enough water, placed a clear bag over the pot, and put it outside in the sun. I know people are always talking about germinating their seeds, but do you have to germinate them in order for them to grow?
germinating is not entirely necessary, yet can help speed up the process of the starting of the seed, what you have done is fine
I germinated 9 seeds planted them and planted one without germinationg, believe it or not The Biggest Plant i have now was the one that hadnt been germinated and growing Fast
There is a lot less handling of the young plant, and seed when you plant in the soil directly. I prefer it to all this germinating in paper towel business.
