There's just like a stem nub in the middle of each one with a leaf starting out each side ? Its been 3-4 days haven't seen the stub in the middle change
Looks fine to me sir. I wouldn't worry about the stub as long as the two new tops growth continues. I recently topped my baby.

When you cut the top off you made the next two shoots become the equal top shoots. Each of those will grow just like the main one did, with their own side branches. You can cut the top off each of those new ones as long as you leave two shoot to grow out from it. I would recommend about a week between topping it before starting flower, or more but not less. They need a little time to get over the mutilation.
