Did I overstress my plant?

    First of all, I started this grow just to see if I could get bagseed to shoot out a taproot... Now that it happend I decided to go ahead with the grow.

    Ok so I started out by wetting some paper towels and putting my seed in between them in a ziplock and put it in a warm cabnet. It sprouted a taproot and i let it grow too long (reasons beyond mycontrol) anyway when i finally got the chance to pot it the taproot was ilke an inch long and curled up in all kinds of directions... I didnt have any potting soil (or a car to get some) so i walked outside and took some from where someone once tried to plant somthing.. it died but there was still some really dry potting soil in the ground (I live in vegas) so i scooped it up and drowned it in water... I let it drain then it seemed to muddy so I scooped half of it out and put in half dry dirt.. then i stired it up and put the seed in there. I pointed the bottom of the seed down, but the end of the root was pointing towards the side, and a little up. Of course i coverd it in plastic and put in my closet under a small blanket to keep light out.. After 2 days i was so sure i had killed it from having too curled a taproot that i lightley dug up the dirt around it and it was growing alot... I stupidly got excited and grabbed it gently and picked it up to look at it... I then re buried it with the sprout pointing up... I told myself i wasnt going to touch it for at least 3 days... Then the next day (this morning) i looked and it looked like the root had come out the top and looped back down.. so i was going to dig out just a little bit of dirt so see if that was the case so i could flip it if i had to. I moved one small pinch of dirt (didnt touch the plant or put pressure on it at all) and saw it was the sprout just hanging down like it was about to pop out of the soil... So i lightly pushed a little soil next to it again covered it in plastic and let it be..

    Is this too much stress? If it lives is this almost definatley male? And if so can i still smoke it and get even a little high? and can i replant these seeds and get females?

    Lots of info......anyways, that plant is probably toast to keep it short. Try starting over, and have everything you need to start your grow. Pots with soil in it, lights, etc......Germinate your seed and when the tap root gets to be about 1/4 inch, then plant it root down in the soil. Cover with a bit of soil, cover the pot with a baggy and get it under fluorescent lights set on 24/7. It's that simple.......If it lives it will not almost definately be a male. It's way to early to tell what it could be. As long as you don't keep it on an erattic lighting schedule, then you shouldn't have any effect on its sex. If it grows and it is a male, you can't smoke it, it'll be a waste of your time, and health...lol. What seeds are you planning on replanting, because you can't get seeds with just a daddy plant.......

    next time do not dig it up i mess up alot of gros that way by now out side groing is EZ put it by a windol for the day time then put it but alest a 100 watt lite for 1 plant im going to tack a pic of my little ak-47 plant
