  8. Well, as long as you guys are critiquing, you can let me have it too. At least I waited until she was flowering. Hacked all the sad looking fans. Too much?

  9. Definitely too much.

The plant can't photosynthesize if it doesn't have solar panels.

  10. Do any of you guys do ANY research before you do something like this? I mean come on. It's not hard. This site has so much information if you are willing take the time to do a search. What do you think the other leaves on the plant are for, is the first question you need to ask yourselves.

  11. You’re fine to defoliate at first sign of flower and 20-22 days later. It’s called schwazzing and increases yields substantially! In flower, fan leaves are considered “sucker leaves“, cause you’re a sucker if you leave them. You’re growing buds, not fan leaves!

  12. Yes. If you are growing indoors and there are many variables on your technique as there are two critical times to defoliate.

  13. Thank you for confirming what I had read elsewhere. I defoliate yesterday and am well into flowering. A week, maybe two to go. All the leafs I cut were not healthy. Asked because she looks so barren, but otherwise I think she’s healthy.

  14. I typically do a massive defoliation a week to 5 days before flipping, let them recover and wont touch them again until harvest, i'll tuck them for better penetration ...I really don't like any unnecessary stress during flower ...many ways to skin a dog

I didn't know if this was a real thread at first, sorry this happened but for what it's worth it made me laugh pretty hard reading the comments

  15. You obviously don’t want to do this outdoor, as plant needs everything more, everything gets more light cause sun moves and is not stationary like indoor lights usually are.

  16. Some stress stimulates growth. That’s why the method is at first sign of flower and 20-22 days later. This somehow stimulates plant to kick it in to high gear, instead of damaging or stunting them, like you’d think it would!

  17. For your information this was a joke I’ve been growing 10 years maybe if you did some research of your own and looked at my profile you would know that before coming on my post to down somebody! The plants had an infestation and the leaves had to be removed! Pretty fucking sure i know what I’m doing lol but thanks for your pointless reply anyways
