Did i get shorted?

    Today i got 5.5 for 70$, an ok price for dank. Anyway, he scaled it out in front of me in his car and all that, but i have no experience with scale but i was wondering if the top of a small one should be on while scaling it out. it said 5.5 and looks about right, but just out of curiosity. Again a beginner's quesiton but I have always been clueless with scales. Thanks ! :bongin:

    If so, and it weighed some amount, it's fine. Otherwise he's trying to make some extra money.

    what exactly do you mean by "the top of a small one", was it before or after the 5.5? Because you could have either got 15.5 or 5.51 hahah. It could have just been the angle you were seeing it from, it usually looks like an 8 though. You shouldn't worry about being shorted unless it came from an untrustworthy connect, ya know.

    I'd take a short bag of 5.5 for $70 any day. This isn't your first post about being shorted this week is it?


    I doubt he'd try to short you if he weighed it infront of you. If you are willing to invest 70 bones into weed, then you can surly afford an ebay scale for 5 bucks.

    Take the advice from your last thread, BUY A SCALE.

    If you're buying weed at that price, I'd recommend a scale. Not saying he did this to you, but I have known dealers who purposely mis-calibrate their scale or 'tare' it incorrectly before weighing just to rip someone off ten bucks.

    Then again, where I live I would be pissed off if I got less than 7g for $60. And that's dank..

    i dont get what your trying to say but the top of the small thing. If your worried just get a scale, price is alright too so yea.

    Guys really... He's talking about the top of the scale most people don't scale on the metal they put the lid of their scale on there then zero it out and proceed to scale the pot,

    I think he saying that when the dealer weighed it, the scale was one of the ones where the open the lid and put it on top and put weed on the lid to weigh it. 5.5 grams for $70 is an ok price IMO.

    OP he probably knew you didn't know what you were doing and weighed it with the top on. Or maybe he's a nice drug dealer.

    Buy a scale. Problem solved. Until they you'll never know
