Detox?

Discussion in 'Seasoned Marijuana Users' started by KushOrDie, May 30, 2013.

  1. Hello fellow blades!

I just lost my job last friday and smoked my last sac on Memorial Day. Now, I have to move back to my parents' house and get a new job. I smoke pretty heavily on a daily basis (mainly kush, but occasionally some reg if the Mexicans come by). I just need to know about how long it should take to be out of my system, or if those Detox Kits at GNC work or any deal. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.

    Toke on! :smoke:

  2. I have a co-worker who took a detox regimen. She was only able to get up to day four of ten before she had to stop. It threw her body out of wack and she was unable to keep food down/in before it came back out one way or the other. So be careful and do research on the best method of cleansing.

  3. Those detox systems/pills/whatevers really put a toll on your body like the previous poster mentioned. I wouldn't recommend them....what I would recommend is going straight and narrow with water and cranberry juice. It depends how long you've been smoking, but if I had to guess I would say 30-45 days for a heavy smoker depending on weight, metabolism, etc.

  4. I have heard of the cranberry juice idea and that sounds like it might be the most promising. and 30 days? of flushing? or just not smoking?

  5. THC stores in fat, get rid of it and youre set.
Suana, running, working out, and drinking lots of water help.
Also, dilution before the urine sample helps but be sure to balance it with a multivitamin so its yellow and creatine so your levels dont drops.

  6. Closer to 30 days if you consistently flushed (drinking 5+ glasses of water a day), but if you just stop smoking then probably more around 45. But again it depends on a lot of things like metabolism, weight, exercise level, etc.

  7. Damn, looks like 30 days it is. But when I move back I'll actually be able to set up a work out regimen or something with them being in the middle of nowhere. The flushing will be the easy part

  8. Detox products are the ultimate placebo

  9. I just started this past Sunday. (I had another temp job offer that did'nt require me to test, or move) I'm about 6'1, 190lbs. I have a gallon of jug that I refill everyday, and just got 2 things of cranberry juice. Lets see how this goes. :confused_2:
