Depending on the strain?

Discussion in 'Medical Cannabis: Treatments & Patient Experiences' started by BlueMoon890, Aug 2, 2005.

  1. Hey guys I use Marijuana to help with my ocd and my depression and also chronic migraines. Some strains help with the migraines and others dont, would you say it depeneds on the characteristics of each strain?

    Peace.

  2. could someone please help me and answer?

  3. here is from my experience and some other i know

male plants arent really effective for migranes. they might give u a headache.
and imho i think sativas might be a little better for u, but i think it might be best if u try some indica and sativa strains b4 u decide what works best for u

  4. like I've had some strains that take the pain away and some that make it worse, so I guess it is strain dependant

  5. well first of all you cant smoke male plants, well you can you just dont want to

if you have personally experienced success with a certain strain and are prescribed bud then you should find a strain that has the analgesic properties you want and grow it. I would think more of an indica because sativas are more in the head so they might make the migraine or headache more intense as opposed to the body numbness of potent indicas
