Now I know it's not official, but it'd be a step in the right direction to allow marijuana smokers to smoke on their own property. If a dude can enjoy his beer on his porch, being loud and drunk and whatnot, then we can enjoy a relaxing toke. (That statement was in response to "Smart" Colorado's "saving the children".) Thank god no one is falling for that "THINK OF THE CHILDREN" BS. We no longer have to bend over backwards for people (no one is going to toke up by a playground anyway). Children are free to run and play but I gurantee you they most likely won't be in a stranger's backyard. Seems that nutjob Denver Mayor's bill about the stench of marijuana is fading away as well.
