Denatured alcohol..

    I know denatured usually has additives, but can I use it with some salt and still clean my piece out? Will it be more or less effective? I have a big bottle of it sitting here and don't feel like leaving to get actual rubbing alcohol.. I will if I have to though, but just wanted to see if anyone has ever used this stuff?
