I usually defoliate on day 21 of 12/12, but only if my plants show absolutely 0 problems. Otherwise you’re doing way more harm than good.
Well I havent had any issues ive only cut off the smaller dying leaves on the very bottom of the plant they've gon crazy since the nute feedings, but I heard late in flower taking the leaves that are dead after flush right before harvest does no harm because they're useless to the plant once they're no longer green?
