    So my neighbors across the way smoke (I live in an apartment complex) and I think they also are growing cuz they have a planter outside with something sprouting can't make out what it is cuz they're on the second floor. Now I have new neighbors above me for about a month now and they look like your sterotypicle stoners I've been thinking they smoke but didn't want to ask and maybe they dont smoke and then the attention is on me for being a stoner but I just went outside and they were blazing on there balcony lol finally I have stoner neighbors so happy now if I can just about 10 more neighbors and we can have a massive smokeout in the middle of the complex this would be awesome
