i heard on the history channel that there are states in america that have laws permitting small amouts of weed, does anybody know if this is true and what states? -thanx, peace
My friend David Lee told me that in Alaska they polled the state, and found out that over 60% of the population had or does smoke, and they made it so that each person can have 2 plants for personal use, and posession just gets a ticket. I don't know how true that is, but it made me not mind the thought of cold and dark ness.
