    Chuck was a fucking god. And he played with some amazing musicians. Steve Digiorgio, Gene Hoglan, Sean Reinart and Chuck is probably my favourite guitarist. His solos always blow my mind. Death were pioneers and seemed to mature every album. Symbolic is definitely in my top 3 albums ever, if not number 1.

    Death is the shit. Ive learned crystal mountain and without judgement, and plan on learning a few more songs in between writing.

    Symbolic (the album) is the greatest work of art I've ever beheld. So emotional, powerful and complex all at once. It does everything right. And on that note Death's work from 1991 to 1998 is easily the best music I've ever listened to.

    I find it difficult to believe that less people identify this song has having the greatest solo of all time. Because I certainly do.

    cant stand nowadays cynic but I'm hoping that the new control denied record sees the light of day before 2016.

    digiorgio added a lot to the records that he played on, and hes said in the past that he was supposed to record tsop (thus a lot of the basslines on there are actually his) but there was scheduling conflicts so scott clendenin came in to finish writing the basslines and record.

    Single best band ever formed, smoking grass listening to symbolic, I've learned every song on that album and hit a bong after I finish playin each song, by misanthrop I'm g g goneee!
