Dealers In it for the money and dealers in it for the weed?

around here prices are pretty standard and theres a fair amount of competition.

i would say all dealers are in it for the $$$. yea there are a few guys out there who maybe only chop to friends or whatever, but those guys arent really "dealers".

if there wasnt a huge benefit to dealing (i.e. easy money), it would be pointless to put yourself in a position that gets you nowhere except a prison cell....

 

the ones that do not make any profit on it are kind of dumb IMO. they are risking themselves just to get a little free bud.

I cannot imagine people telling me they don't make profits on it....it is not a function of business. everyone knows buy low, sell high.

i know a guy who says he doesnt make profit, but i dont believe him at all

why would people bother if they dont get anything out of it? money is the motivation....

Lots of people just hook up friends but thats not dealing. All dealers are in it for the money, some of them just smoke it all up. So they may never have more than enough to buy an ounce but there smoking for low cost or basically free. Getting a Zip selling off part of it to get money back is still making profit, its just in weed not cash.

 

meh, if i were in that situation where i was risking jail or fucking up my record(clean btw) i would want to be making cash on it, just my thoughts on that matter


but i wont ever have to really worry about it because dealing is not worth the risks to me

 

yea, to make money u need the good deals and yea in the states that aint happinin, in canada around hear, qp's start at 550-600 thats what i started with, i makes like 200 buks smoked a half o blunt and smoked up mad styles, had the thing sold in 2 days. thats was the beggining and end of my dealing career

 

BOTH get free bud and double the money you put in.. thats how to roll..

I was contemplating doing it to my closer friends here at university, to the standard for my area of $20 a gram and $50 an 8th. In US$ thats $15 and $37 respectively. It'd be fairly sweet going, but not huge profits. Good, but not huge lol. I just think it'd be a good thing to do, and they sorta need it here lol. Where I am its a bit dry.

 

I know a few dealers who deal just for free pot. Some don't even make money, with smoking costs, and pickup costs.

 

no doubt, hypothetically if i slanged weed id do it for the money and the trees, pot head mentality.

yea if i did risk it like that, I would be smoking for free, and making enough ti be buying more. i know kids in my town who think to small, they cop 1/2's at price or have them fronted and then the run out in like 10 minutes. yet since they are paying so much since they are getting it fronted to them, they dont even have enough to go back and pick up more than what they started with. You need to think big, simple business principals. you could easily cop a qp of decent mids and make your money back plus profit and be able to cop a half p the next time and have like an o to your face and make profit off the rest. i have seen it done, it makes no senes why some kids are so fucking lame when they deal and have to short bags and be douche bags.

 

If I dealt I'd do it more for the love of the plant. Money is great but I'd prefer big bags over some cash.

 

back in college i knew some "kid" that would buy a few ounces at a time, bag up enough grams to break even, and smoke the rest.

ended up smoking mad ounces of weed for free, all he had to do was meet a few people outside his dorm a few times a day. so sweet
