Dealer Willing to front an ounce

Discussion in 'Cannabis Consumption Q&A & Tips' started by bossman3, Sep 8, 2012.

  1. hey everyone. I just had a couple questions on the etiquette of fronting ounces/weed in general. I am really lucky to have found an amazing dealer who is never dry (let's just say he's gained a few pounds every time I see him) and recently I asked him if he would be cool fronting an ounce to me and he said yes. I was wondering if people usually charge interest for this service? is it common? I just don't know much about it and want to learn more.

  2. ehhh that can be a tricky thing. its always better to just pay on the spot.

  3. I use to. Add like 10 bucks. I am pretty much loaning u my money so u can make money. I was always upfront about it and no one had any problems with it.

  4. why dont u just ask him, no one here knows your dealer except you

  5. you better kno youre gunna get dude his money when it comes time..

if you cant pay up front, dont take shit.. good way to get into somethin youre not ready for

  6. Whenever I put my dealer at the slightest inconvenience I throw a little bit more cash at him than usual. He drives to my house, I'll give him an extra five.
Fronts me a quarter, spot him a five. Picks me up some blunts, spot him a five.
fives generally are the universal sign of being thankful & making up for an inconvenience.
    huh?

  7. yeah man with this big of an amount you better be fuckin sure that you can pay that shit off before he gets mad, because thats when shit gets real ugly

  8. eh, an ounce aint even that much..

but thats not whats important.. shit gets ugly when you dont got the money to pay someone back.. whether its 20 bucks or 3000 bucks.. people start feelin disrespected and start feelin like youre punkin em out.. thats when shit can get ugly

its the principle more then the money

  9. My dealer has never had any issue with fronting me 1-2 ounces... I never liked doing it, I'd rather pay up front and not have dealer-debt in the back of my mind

  10. Reminds me of stewie, "where's my money bitch"

  11. No I just say I will give you it next week and he says ok and thats it, I just smoke though it might be different to you dealers out there.

this bro just ask him straight up ^

  13. My guy does it and he doesn't charge any extra because he can buy a bigger bulk if i'm getting a half too so it works out cheaper for him (sounds complicated). It's better to just ask him..

  14. Better just to pay up front because if you fuck up or someone steals your stash your screwed.

  15. well, I only want to do it once so that I can jumpstart a *business* that I've been thinking about starting for a while. the O would cost me around 300 and I'd be able to pay it back in 2 weeks or so. then that would be the only and last time I ever used the "fronting" method.

  16. Ask him the price, get him the money. dont go blow it and smoke it. But yea just ask him the price usually it's about 10$ over what he would usually do

  17. Only do it if your going to sell that ounce right back to someone, don try and "give it out" to multiplr ppl for 20 a pop unless your sure you have x amount of people ready to buy x amount of bud before x amount of time 2 weeks is way to long to front someone I expect my money within the week if not 3 days or Im coming back for the O money or your knee caps maybe?

Two weeks for 300. Way to long. Maybe if he fronted u 3000

  19. My only rule in life is never owe money to drug dealers, pretty good rule

  20. Discussion of dealing isn't alowed...
