LED blue and red spectrum lights...5 gallon resevour. (i DID put nutrients in it..but this happened so i stopped) I also put superthrive in there. But i flushed it with new water...so now nothing is in it..just letting it recover for now

I have nutes that say 1/4 tsp per gallon...so i only put 1...? I also have "superthrive" should i put that in instead orrrrrrrr.....?
