I have a 400W MH from Sunlight Supply that I've had for a few years but it hasn't seen much usage. Suddenly its not working properly. The bulb will not illuminate but I can see that it is trying, as you can see "electricity dancing" through the main wire in the middle of the bulb, in a bluish color. Is the bulb out or is the ballast....or? Any comments would be greatly appreciated.
