Hey everyone! As many of you all may know, DC is soon going to be opening despencrys in the city. I also heard that the cards are going to be somewhat hard to get but since I have a disease called Osgood schlatter (which is a growth in the plate in the knee and does cause chronic pain). Do you think I would be able to get a card in DC? Any help would be appreciated Btw I am 15 and live about 10 minuets outside of DC
Noone knows because last i heard the mayor hadn't set the rules needed But I'm pretty sure you have to be a dc resident, living outside the city probably would disqualify you
