Alright, so... I've decided that I'm going to test the DBA/Programming skills of my fellow blades in a daily challenge. Not going to be anything super difficult but speed is key, the first person to post the result correctly gets gold medal. The output should show the following: \t\tCustomer Name|Item Name|Sales Price|Order Qty Also show the totals for this customer in 2004.
I added the database in the post just incase some dick decided to drop the database. Just import and you should be golden.
