  1. i know that weed needs alot of light, something like 18/6 hours, and i was wondering if there is anytype of light that gave off the right nutrents that the plant need, but has the visible effects of a black light, so it wouldnt keep me awake...

  2. nightlighting weed is a totally bad idea. Blacklights do NOT grow weed at all it dont work. if you feel you want to try it please post your results with pics but.... if you dont want to waste your time or money dont give the plants ANY light during dark periods you will only fuck your plant up.

  3. i know that blcklights arent what i need to use, just people have started to wonder why my one room of my house is lit up even when everything else is off... now they know that i am a horticulturalist, but i think some people are starting to become kinda nosey, so i was just seeing if there was anytype of blacklight that would give of UV rays that Im looking for...

  4. I wouldnt worry about your room lighting... I would worry more about "lightsealing" your growbox. if you dont lightseal it ANY light suitable for growing weed would be immedately noticeable. Use anything your have to block light from being seen use tack strip for the bottom of the closet door be creative just dont let people see the light comming from it. Its a dead givaway of what your doing behind closed doors.

    Thats my 2cents

  5. yeah, i have thick black clothe over the windows so no light comes in or out, but i dunno, i havent sealed the door in the apartment... i dunno... the light bothers me, and i was seeing if i could not obstruct it, but make it so i dont get bothered by it...

  6. i would advise you to take care of ur light problem pretty quick.

  7. i don't know much about the light.....but all my house plants... love fluresant lights.....they do sell plant lights at wally world though
