Day One

  1. Posting this to make it known and committed to myself. Just had my last cig and imma put all my effort into getting in the best shape i can.

    Wish me luck GC, ill keep you updated on my progress or failure.
  2. What's your plan? Starting stats, etc? The more info you post the more likely I am to be able to nag you into sticking with it, should you lose faith :D
  3. Complete failure, but things are looking up; and in response ive smoked a little over half a pack a day for 3 years. It doesn't seem like a while but ive done it the entire time ive been in college so its become a very habitual thing for me.
