Looks fine, but determining sex at this stage is kinda hard. If you provide closeups of the calyx (the spots where the leaves show up and new growth appears) then maybe we could tell.
That white powder stuff you put on top of the soil or whatever you're using. It refers to putting manure or worm castings or something on top of the soil surrounding a plant that will be watered in. Universal gardening phrase. I top dress my Apple trees with composted manure, for example. Also could top dress with sphagnum moss or pebbles to keep soil from drying out.
Yeah hopefully brotha, my first grow, I topped them all at different nodes starting at the first and ending at the 4th. Some get defoliate and some get lst'd.
