Day 30 from seed. Small?

They may be small but they look healthy enough. There's a lot of factors involved with getting steady growth.

Can you describe your grow? What medium, lights, light distances and schedule, nutes, average temps day and night as well as relative humidity?

 

Your pots are small, small pots=small plants looky here. These plants are a week apart. The small pots limit root growth, root growth dictates above ground growth. For reference.

 

Actually, too much nutes would cause that more than not enough. The idea is to maintain enough without giving too much. I go with less is best and then wait for the plant to "tell" me what it needs based on indications it will present.

Yep, as DreamingOfSweetChiba said, size of pots is one of those factors on growth. If the roots have no space, the plant won't be sipping on what you're providing.

You need a pH meter.

I think you should raise your lights. Way too close. Try to maintain double the distance you're using right now. Especially while they're young.

 

Some folks would drop that entire pot into a larger pot! I haven’t done it personally, to be able to speak from experience on that part you know. But folks say it works!
