Day 24 Flowering - Help Please - Pictures

Discussion in 'Sick Plants and Problems' started by patrick.delta9, May 30, 2013.

  1. not sure whether to flush or add mg???? Any others want to chime in????

I have a 1000 watt air cooled hps and the tent is open for the whole light cycle with two fans and closed only for dark cycle

  2. How do the buds look for 24 day into flower?

  3. I would just make a batch of nutes then add ur mg. No hydroplex bro wait till week 5 that stuff is hottt!! I honestly don't like cns17 stuff is way to milky for me. When I did use it my stuff kinda looked like yours. Add some cal-mag and sweet and use less amounts of the cns17. Pistils should be white and fuzzy so make sure the plant doesn't dry up at this point cus that can also make the pistils turn brown.

  4.  Does your nutes have Mn? I had thought you would at least have afforded me the courtesy of a reply?

  5. Do you think it too hot and they are getting burned or do you think mag deficiency?

  7. Sorry mmman - I had to go and check - yes both CNS17 and Hydroplex have .5% Mgn

Okay, good, you've simply allowed your ph to build to a level where your girls are expressing a lack of Ca, but the overriding deficit is Mn. Correction of ph to no higher than 5.8. Mn is best absorbed starting at 5.6.

  12. OK thanks - I lowered the PH - how long before I start to notice a difference - do I need to add anything else to the reservoir?

Unfortunately you'll have to live with the damage but plants will recover soon as long as you keep your ph sorted. Your plants were "speaking" to you, they were saying, "hey, we need some Mn and Ca." Your plants will start to express deficits like this when the ph gets of of balance. Check out this chart and you'll see see how far off center your ph was and the nutrients that were slipping. Although your nutes had the nutrients availablle, the plants couldn't uptake said nutrients properly.
