I have dandruff and im sick of it. Its not like those commercials where it just piles up on my shoulders but if i scratch my head it falls. Does anyone have qny suggestions on how to get ride of it? Does anyone here have dandruff?
I'm not sure why, but I'm gonna suggest to apply some weed to your scalp. Maybe soak some nugs and apply?
you sure it's dandruff and not dry scalp? using dandruff shampoo when you have dry scalp actually makes it worse.. you might want to try some salon-quality separate shampoo and conditioner or something. that could help.
Look into Wen Hair Products. I had Gnarly dandruff but this All Natural Wen shit made my hair silk and my scalp like a babys bottom.
Use your nails. If you manage to pick up some greasy stuff, its your natural head oils. If your nails come back dry, then you need some moisturizer and hair mousse.
I use to have bad dandruff, but now not so much. My scalp use to be dry as hell and it was almost embarrassing if i got my hair cut or someone came up to me and messed with my hair/head. Id say use some dandruff shampoo or just wash your hair everyday and it should stop. Keep your hair moisturized with some grease or whatever you prefer.
Tea tree oil or jojoba oil if its flaky. I use it for my beard and it works pretty good. Actual extra virgin olive oil helps with flakes too. Try some before bedtime a couple of days and see how it works.
Isnt that stuff super expensive
Idk. My mom still buys it for me XD I pay for my auto insurance and live on my own but my mommy still supplies the shampoo XD
I used to get really bad dandruff when I scratched my head, I tried loads of different shampoos and none really worked, most made it worse. Then I went travelling and didn't wash my hair with shampoo for a couple of months (just used water) and voila, no more drandruff any more, though when I use shampoo occasionally it comes back with a vengeance. Dunno if it'll work for you OP but it could be worth a try.
i stopped using shampoo and stopped getting dandruff.....i wash my hair with Mane N Tail every couple weeks and it seems to keep my head dandruff free.
Gotta persevere man, same thing happened to me, first couple of weeks my hair looked fucking grim, but honestly it starts looking so much better after that. Now people never tell that I don't use shampoo, it just looks normal.
dandruff is fungus, part your hair in the areas where it flakes and if its red then you definitely have dandruff. or go see a dermatologist. your scalp could also just be too dry or too oily. play around with different shampoos and conditioners.
