Damp weed

    Bought some weed, it's damp :( So how do I dry it ?? I just have it in a jar with the lid off.. will that be okay ?

    I bought a half oz & usually this guy gives me good stuff so I didn't check it until I came home.

    pour it out onto a magazine or a tray. let it sit out overnight then jar it for the day and at night lay it out again. repeat until desired dryness. its not cured, sounds fresh cut so the curing is up to you

    Set it out and put it by a fan with light breeze. Let sit for about a day, then jar it. Open lid periodically until desired dryness.

    My guy does the same thing every once in a while. Either it's decently dry or sort of damp. I take out all of the nugs and let them sit out in the open overnight and usually they're dry come morning.

    DTM is right. There's another method in which you put an absorbent material (like cotton, paper, tissue paper (preferably tissue paper)) and wrap that around the bud in a jar very loosely so it doesn't pick up flakes. Check every 12 hours or so, just every half day. Good luck in drying it out :smoke: :D
