A 600w HPS light was turned on and off quickly by accident 2 times. Is the bulb still good or is it permanently damaged? I know you must allow 20 minutes for the bulb to cool before re-striking.
I did that with a brand new mh bulb and i almost sent it back cause i thought i broke it but it was fine lol
It happens, some light ballasts have sensors that will not allow the light to turn on until it has cooled. Best way to know if it is broken is visual inspection. Good Luck!
