That's good, make it a congressional issue, constitutional. A lot of reps are not gonna have a problem with this I don't think. They just don't want criminals coming here getting amnesty.
see its funny, but most of us feel this is a congressional issue. The biggest problem with this whole thing is that it was an executive order, a grand overreach and completely unconstitutional. If congress feels so strongly about it, then they should do their fucking jobs for once and make a law. pretty simple really.
