Title pretty much says it all my vape arrived about 20 minutes ago and i open it up and peering down into the bag first thing i see, the glass of the heater cover is pretty severely spider webbing out from a single impact point. Taking it off to inspect it further the first thing that happens is a full chunk of glass fall out of it. I bought it from vapeworld so it came with the warranty, The piece of paper it came with says the warranty does not cover glass though. Am i totally fucked and am going to have to wait another week for a new heater cover that I will have to pay for myself?
I think they should replace it if it broke during shipping but should shoot them an email to make sure.
