Not really. From the article: Medical marijuana is a way to push pot into the hands of a certain few. I say this as a patient who would benefit from such laws if they were actually written to help patients and not further bolster prohibition.
I was caught by cops many times here in czech rep. smoking weed but all they said (everytime) was "Go smoke it somewhere else guys, your under camera" . So im pretty happy with situation over here. Btw. Václav Klaus signed it. But we have new president now and his opinion? Its gateway drug and shouldn't be legalized. On other hand alcohol? He loves it! Beacuse he is true czech. Main reason why he won election...
