Well, I think that if you actually knew the cyclops in question then you would know if he or she was winking or blinking according to his or her personality. No one just winks or blinks. They have the ability to do both...well, most do...some people can't wink...but since a cyclops only has one blinker then I'm sure he can wink if his personality isn't that of a shoe. What's the question, again?

oh yeah .... the cyclops traded there other eye for the ability to see the fucher....but they got fucked ....and could only see there own deaths.... so i dobt they have much to wink about...
