cuttings from budding plants?

    is it OK to take cuttings from plants that are budding? will cuttings be successful is surviving? or does the plant have to be dead to take cuttings?

    From what I hear.... You can take cuttings in Flowering mode, they will just have to re-vegetate (longer) and your first batch may not be as good the original plant (might not get all the phenotypes your looking for).

    they may not? or will not? is there a chance it will be as good as the original?
