Cutting off pollen sacks

I have a forced hermi, which is female. It has bud growing and hundreds of pollen sacks.I wanted a few feminized seeds, My question is should i start cutting the pollen sacks down cause there are LOTS, would it stress the plant, and is it bad to smoke pollen that fell onto the buds?? thanks
