I come to you in need. First grow, was going pretty well. Lots of questions here. What's up with these inward curling leaves? I won't lead the question with my hypotheses. Also, does potting up before the roots are sticking out the bottom of the pot not a good idea? Thank you all in advance for any help. I appreciate it greatly! Also should I pot up to 5 gal fanric and be done with it? Or go to a 2 gal first? These were clones by the way.
I would go to the 5 gallon pot. Make sure you elevate those fabric pots. Trust me, there are plenty of roots. Good luck and welcome to GC.
I wouldn’t say it’s never to early to transplant.. but I will say. Some people begin their plants in their final pots. While it will be start of slower, the roots will almost always expand. Almost. It’s when they start to wrap around and become rootbound when you’ll want to worry.
Update! I transplanted tonight and the roots were much more vast than I had thought. Of course they'd avoid the openings I put in the pots because they don't like light! Not rootbound but vast enough so it ended up perfect. I think they're about to take off. Thanks guys!
