Curling leaves

  1. I have 2 plants growing right now(using a tower garden)and noticed that one of the plants, the leaves are curling under about 1/2 way down and on the other plant they look like they are rolling over(think spiraling). They are still growing and other than that look pretty good. Any ideas? I can post some pictures later. Also have some black looking mold on the top of the rockwool so I bought some clay pebbles to put above the rockwool. I did just switch to a full spectrum light so I wonder if this is what is causing the discoloration. Also, my ph was way high(8.5-9) so I lowered it yesterday.

  2. Gotta keep your PH stable, and under control.

    Curling sounds like overfertilization.

Id say a lot of your problem is unstable PH.

Also if allowed to get to dry, and then fed/watered again, this will/can concentrate salts, and cause nutrient burn.

  3. That is what I figured and thank you. I hadn’t checked the PH in over a week and this is what I get. Haha. It’s back to normal now so I will see what happens in the next few days.
