Hello To All! I was curious if anybody knows what is going on with orders. I placed my order well over 3 business days ago. The site states that we should allow 3 business days before shipping. I paid the additional money for the express shipping. Again the site says "Delivery time: guaranteed 3 business days delivery" If there is 3 days processing & 3 day shipping, my order should be here now, yet the site still says 'preshipping' I've filled out 2 support requests, but I have not gotten any responce. I've read several posts, some say expect to wait a month another stated that they are no longer offering express shipping because customs is smashing items. I'd love to know if anyone has any idea of what is going on. Thanks!
