so most people cure about 2 weeks in jars opening every day right? and when people say they have something that has been curing for 9 months do they open them ever day for 9 months are after a amount of time of curing can you just leave it in jars and it cures??? Thanks
Once you get it to the right moisture content you can leave it closed for quite awhile. Still a good idea to check in from time to time, just in case.
