Hey, I've been curing for a month so far. Burped the jars for the first week or two, and they've been sealed the past two weeks without burping. No signs of mold, so I think i'm good. I've been checking them everyday. Should i keep them sealed, or burp them every few weeks or what?
how does it smoke?! you be the judge, if you think it can be a smoother smoke, or it doesnt burn evenly then burp for a few more weeks. it can only get better! but try it out and let us know
