Curing and burping question

I harvested my first plant on 4/20 (cool, huh?). I let it dry for about five days. For some reason it ended up getting too dry. I jarred it and have been burping it once or twice a day at this point. The Rh stays at 60 all the time. Is that too dry? Should I burp less? I opened the jar today and the smell hit me! I don’t think if it smells that strong that it’s still too dry but I dunno. Yesterday I only burped for about a minute. If it is too dry should I put something in the jar to raise the Rh? I’m trying not to shake the jar too much or handle the buds so I don’t lose trichomes.

I have the opposite thing going with the second plant I harvested. I only let it hang dry for 3 days because I was concerned with it getting too dry. The Rh in that jar is around 70, but I’ve been leaving the lid off for a couple of hours. Ive been reading a lot about curing but would appreciate opinions.

 

I did take a little sample. It was smooth and tasted fine but I was hoping for a more intense taste and smell. It smelled divine when I first harvested. Very tangerine. I couldn’t really tell about the high because I’ve been smoking a LOT! I have several different strains from the dispensary and it’s so much better than what I’m used to. As far as taste and smell and smoothness.

Is 60 degrees a good Rh level? It is always that Rh.

 

Yeah, I see 60-65% as ideal but 60 is at the bottom and it started out too dry. It would be really easy to raise the Rh if neede.
