To sum it up- Hang your harvest upside down for a week or so to dry. Then store in an airtight jar, opening it up every few days so the air doesn't get stale. Oh, one last thing. Before you put the harvest in the jars you want to make sure it's 100% dry. If it's still even a little wet when you store it, then it will mold. And keep in the jars for as long as you can. The longer it cures the better a smoke.
